All apps on Nander his repository

Installs every package from Nander's repository.

Historically, this meta-package used to install apps from other repositories too. This was however only possible because most repositories at that time didn't bother changing their id in Release.json when they were created (including this one), causing a bunch of repositories to have the same id, which made this possible.

I took the chance to rectify this on my own repository when v3 released, as this upgrade required a clean install because of all the breaking changes. If I would have done this at any other time, most people would have found the package manager to show all of the packages on my repository to show up as not installed all of a sudden.
